This course has two distinct components- HR Costing and Performance Management. HR Costing highlights how people management affects the organizational bottom line. This course will provide students illustrations on how to calculate the costs of human behaviour in an organization using various current methodologies. Students will also engage in practical assignments that develop their professional competencies in developing and managing HR costing system.
Performance Management covers the issues related to the strategic development and choices of the system that enhances employee performance and contribution to organizational effectiveness. Students will develop an awareness of strategies and methods in managing an on-going evaluation and development systems with other HR functions.
